A growing problem not only in India but all over the globe is that children are more stressed than ever. In fact, India has one of the highest rates of suicides among students, an issue that begs, screams and yearns for attention, yet goes unattended many a times.
At ‘Blue Orb’ we believe that every child’s value system is being shaped every moment, and we strive to make value learning an integral part of young developing minds and make happiness a theme of students’ expression, diction and actions. The objective is to build a generation that can make the right choices, work towards a brighter future and create a happy world.
It is an innovative and interactive interaction with children, which focuses on imparting basic life and human values to them in a fun and effective manner through a creative and specialized methodology, making learning impactful, simple and unforgettable and enhancing the personal happiness and wellbeing of each child. Values complete the holistic development of a child and a child who has imbibed the right values in his life will go on to develop as an individual who is cultured, humane and happy.

The teacher training program includes activity-based curriculum for value education forums in every school to make value education a core part of schooling in India. Our resources for the teachers will support to recognize their central role in implementing the program in schools. The resources are so designed for teachers, for them to use in school in different learning situations which include activities to be used with students, parents and the wider school community.

The goal is to involve children in small and simple acts of kindness in our homes, neighbourhood and communities. An act of Kindness can change someone’s day, make someone feel loved, inspire goodness and in turn shift our outlook towards life. Acts may involve creating a craft and giving it to someone, feeding a cow, or just smiling and saying hello to people at the supermarket. It is to develop a behaviour of serving/helping others.
She is the founding member and the concept creator of Blue Orb. With her focus on a child’s holistic development, Madhuri designed a unique and proprietary WIN model that focuses on developing a child's physical, emotional and spiritual quotient. She believes that a child’s mind should be embedded with a strong set of values to help them handle the vagaries of life with dignity and responsibility.
An esteemed academician, she has a rich experience of over two decades in the field of education. She strongly believes that values get imbibed through both implicit and planned programs with the school children and her association with Blue Orb is to make learning a celebration for all the school students.
She is a Teach For India fellow and has been working for the improvement of education of children across India. Mishu manages the Content Execution team and ensures that effective and engaging content in the form of story books, videos, worksheets and newsletters is produced augmenting parents’ and teachers’ efforts on imbibing values.
She is responsible for forging strategic alliances and ensuring effectiveness of all alliances. Neha also leads and manages the Content Execution team and ensures that effective and engaging content in the form of story books, videos, worksheets and newsletters is produced augmenting a parent’s or a school teacher’s effort on imbibing values.
